Placing your order
When you reach the checkout, if you are an existing member, just login to avoid re-entering your contact information. Upon entering the shipping page ensure your billing address is within New Zealand! Make sure you select the correct delivery location- either "Auckland", “North Island”, or “South Island”. This will enable the correct shipping and details upon finalisation of order. Payment
We accept payment via Visa & Mastercard. Shipping within New Zealand
A standard NZD shipping charge applies:
Auckland- $8.50
North Island- $12
South Island- $15
Please allow 1-3 business days for delivery.
Orders
Orders will be shipped from Auckland. *Orders are processed within 3 business days of receiving them, so please add this time to expected delivery times.
Other
Packages that are returned to us and marked as "Return to Sender", "Unclaimed", "Attempted Unknown", "Refused", or "Invalid Street Address", will be credited back to the customer's credit card on file, less the shipping and handling fee. Returns Policy

the unlikely event that you find your order contains faulty products or
breakages please contact us to organise a solution. Please contact us
before returning any items as we are unable to accept returns without a
return authorization number.
